ONLINE ADMISSIONS

The online application portal for admissions for Std 6, Std 7 & Std 8 will open on 7 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will remain open till 30 May 2026 till 5:00 p.m.

Documents to be uploaded: (Document should be uploaded in Jpg format upto 100Mb)

· Child’s Photo

· Baptism Certificate (if Christian)

· Caste Certificate (of the child)

· Student’s Aadhar Card

· Father's Aadhar Card

· Mother`s Aadhar Card

· Father's Pan Card

· Mother's Pan Card

· Family Photograph with Child and siblings

· Bonafide certificate to be submitted if the sibling studying in Auxilium Convent High School

· Address proof (Ration Card/Light bill/ Original rented document, etc..)

· Educational Proof of both the parents (Highest Qualification)

· Medical Certificate of the child (Original)

· Latest Form 16 (if business) or Salary Slip of working parent.

· During online form submission, print the Payment slip of the amount paid.

Shortlisted 1st Round list will be displayed on June 2, 2026.

An Email will be sent with all the dates and time for the shortlisted candidates. Also a list of selected candidates will be displayed on notice board.

No parents will be allowed to meet anyone for any queries till the admission procedure.

Note:

After submission of the form kindly take a printout of the form for future process. Fill up all the details correctly

Incomplete Forms will not be accepted.

Online applications will not confirm the admission. If the documents submitted are not authentic, the admission will automatically stand cancelled.
