Our Lady’s Garden – Auxilium Convent High School, Wadala will be conducting ONLINE APPLICATIONS for admission to Jr.KG.

The online application portal for Jr.KG admissions will be open from the 14th December 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and will close on 30th December 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

Child for whom admission is desired has to be born between 1st Oct 2019 to 31st Dec 2020.

Documents to be uploaded:

(Document should be uploaded either Jpg or pdf format up to 100Mb) and submitted during the process of interview.

• Child’s Photo

• Students AadharCard

• Father's Aadhar Card

• Mother`s AadharCard

• Father's Pan Card

• Mother's Pan Card

• Family Photograph with Child with siblings

• Address proof (RationCard/current electricity bill/Original valid rented agreement,etc..)

• Educational Proof of both the parents

• Medical Certificate (Original)

• Payment slip of online admission of the amount paid. 

First Shortlisted Round will be displayed on 5th January 2024.

An Email will be sent with all the dates and time of Interview for the shortlisted.

Personal Queries not allowed until the entire procedure of admission is done.

Note: After submission of the online form kindly take a printout of the entire form for interview process along with the fee receipt.
